In 2021 Alpha Wolfe Property Group, Inc. was founded by Natalie Wolfe who serves as President.

Prior to creating and directing Alpha Wolfe Property Group, Natalie had 17 years of professional property management and real estate experience. 

As a licensed real estate broker, real estate agent and a Notary Public, Natalie is also a member of the Burbank Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). 

Alpha Wolfe Property Group, Inc. manages the end-to-end business of Owners and Tenants by utilizing a cloud-based application, Buildium, which optimizes online, paperless record keeping, and secured banking transactions. Buildium contracts with TransUnion Credit Corporation for all credit and eviction reporting. 

Alpha Wolfe Property Group, Inc. is a fully-licensed, full-service Real Estate Brokerage Company, servicing residential property management and sales. 

Together with her sister company, Sterling Wolfe Property Care, which specializes in home watch, senior services (aging-in-place), executive services and concierge services (for any age), these two Wolfe Property companies are situated to provide our core values of trust, quality and integrity for your properties in Burbank, Glendale, Toluca Lake, Montrose, La Crescenta, La Cañada, Pasadena and San Marino communities.
